Summary: Onboard Vessel on 04th September 2025, Discussed with Vessel Engineer about issue Reported. Jobs Done Discussion with Vessel Engineer: The 440V ACB trips when operating the Bow thruster. Motor checked with megger; found to be in good condition. All power terminals inspected; no issues identified. Motor coupling disconnected; motor run idle, drew high current, and a sound was observed from the top portion of the motor. Motor wires disconnected; starter panel operated independently without tripping, indicating the fault occurs under load. Testing and Inspection: Repeated tests confirmed the same results. ACB was removed and inspected; main contact was normal. Control fuse found corroded, replaced with ship spare.
